Once your order leaves my hands and its in the hands of the shipping carrier I no longer have any control over its arrival time.  This is a small business and I unfortunately can not afford to replace lost or stolen in transit.  Please contact your local Post Office, they will be able to better assist you in the recovery or refunding you for the lost package. Sometimes the USPS won't fully scan packages and your item will say "pre transit", just know that I have dropped your item at the post office and can not assume responsibility if they don't scan your item.
